Next up: the van and the bell tent
We've got an MPV, and it's great for what it is — day trips as a family of five, no complaints.
But day trips aren't the ambition. We want weekends away, weeks away, proper camping, and a genuinely more adventurous way of doing family life. That means a combi van with roof bars and a roof box for extra storage — and a bell tent for camping in proper boho comfort, not a poky pop-top or an awning.
We know exactly what we're after. We just haven't picked the van model yet — and that hunt is going on the channel too.
